What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the Manager of Platform Engineering and be responsible for delivering DevSecOps services across Telesat's infrastructure. You will focus on enhancing the operational efficiency of automated development environments, ensuring they are reliable and available for developers. Your work will involve managing various SaaS applications and overseeing their migrations and upgrades, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and secure.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify areas for improvement in the software delivery process, implementing best practices and tools to streamline workflows. Your role will also include monitoring the performance of development environments and making recommendations for enhancements. You will play a key role in integrating security practices into the DevOps pipeline, ensuring that security is a fundamental aspect of the development process.
