Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in clinical quality assurance and compliance, with experience coordinating quality improvement initiatives and ensuring regulatory adherence across various clinical programs. Your expertise includes managing accreditation processes and credentialing activities, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the healthcare compliance landscape.
You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to effectively track and document compliance activities. Your ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with clinical teams is essential for fostering a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.
What you'll do
As the Clinical Quality and Compliance Coordinator, you will coordinate quality assurance and quality improvement activities across clinical programs, including Utilization Management, Case Management, and Disease Management. You will provide hands-on support for audit activities, ensuring that all processes align with URAC, NCQA, and state regulatory requirements.
You will assist in the development and execution of audit tools and educational materials, supporting staff education on compliance standards. Your role will involve monitoring activities to ensure adherence to contractual requirements and facilitating accreditation readiness.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement quality improvement initiatives, track progress, and report findings. Your contributions will help enhance the overall quality of clinical services and ensure that the organization meets all regulatory obligations.
