Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Control & Compliance Manager to oversee the effectiveness of their Quality Program and ensure lease compliance for various projects. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the building process.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in quality control and compliance management, ideally with experience in the data center or construction industry. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage quality programs and ensure compliance across multiple projects. You understand the intricacies of the building process, from initial planning to project completion, and are committed to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. You are comfortable with travel, as this role may require up to 40% travel to project sites or company gatherings.

Desirable

Experience in managing quality programs at hyperscale data centers is a plus. Familiarity with sustainability practices and efficiency measures in infrastructure projects will enhance your candidacy. You are a proactive problem solver who can navigate challenges and ensure that all quality standards are met.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for actively monitoring the quality control program from an owner/developer perspective. You will lead quality assurance activities, ensuring that all projects adhere to established quality standards and compliance requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including project managers and construction teams, to ensure that quality is integrated into every phase of the project lifecycle. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing quality control procedures and conducting regular audits to assess compliance.

You will play a key role in training and mentoring team members on quality standards and best practices. Your leadership will help foster a culture of quality and compliance within the organization. You will also be responsible for reporting on quality metrics and compliance status to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What we offer

Rowan Digital Infrastructure offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $160,000, along with a bonus plan. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility.
