Who you are

You have a strong background in healthcare quality improvement, with experience in coaching and liaising with healthcare facilities to enhance patient care and outcomes. You understand the complexities of healthcare systems and are adept at identifying areas for improvement. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

You are passionate about making a difference in healthcare, and you thrive in environments where you can implement improvement activities and achieve healthcare goals. You are comfortable working remotely and have the ability to manage your time effectively while maintaining a focus on results.

What you'll do

As a Quality Improvement Advisor, you will be the primary liaison for healthcare facilities within your state, guiding them in identifying areas for improvement in patient care. You will implement various improvement activities, ensuring that healthcare goals are met. Your role will involve coaching facility staff, facilitating training sessions, and providing ongoing support to enhance their quality improvement initiatives.
