Your experience includes developing and implementing processes that enhance efficiency and improve service delivery. You are skilled in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of accountability and performance. You are also comfortable working with various stakeholders, including government agencies, to ensure that operational goals align with organizational objectives.

Desirable

Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization, particularly in operations management, is highly desirable. Familiarity with the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services and its operational requirements would be a significant advantage. What you'll do

As the Senior Director - Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract operations with the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. This includes managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and leading a team of employees and vendor partners. You will develop and implement operational strategies that align with the goals of the organization and the needs of the community.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently. This involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices in healthcare operations. You will also be responsible for reporting on operational performance to senior leadership and the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services.

In this role, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving patient outcomes. You will collaborate with clinical teams to ensure that operational processes support high-quality care. Additionally, you will be involved in budget management and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
