Job Description

Who you are

You have proven experience in product design, particularly in tech or startup environments — your strong portfolio showcases your UI/UX design skills, emphasizing your ability to design complex software applications. You possess proficiency in modern design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD, allowing you to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs. Your excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies enables you to advocate for design best practices, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across platforms. You have strong communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to articulate design decisions effectively and iterate based on feedback. Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, enhancing your ability to collaborate with engineers.

What you'll do

As a Product Designer at Tempo Labs, you will lead the design of user interfaces and user experiences for our AI-powered visual IDE. You will collaborate closely with founders, clients, and engineers to understand requirements and transform ideas into elegant design solutions. Conducting user research and usability testing will be key to gathering insights and validating your design decisions.
