You are eager to learn and grow in your role, and you are open to exploring automated testing solutions to enhance the QA process.

What you'll do

As a QA Specialist at Tempo, you will conduct QA testing on features prior to their release, ensuring that all web applications meet acceptance criteria and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand application requirements and rigorously test all features. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed test plans, cases, and reports to track issues and communicate progress effectively for each client product.

You will perform manual testing of web applications built with React, validating bug fixes and new features during weekly development cycles. Your keen eye for detail will help you identify bugs and usability issues, allowing you to provide valuable feedback to the development team. You will also be responsible for documenting your findings and communicating them clearly to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the testing progress.

In addition to manual testing, you will have the opportunity to offer solutions for automated testing, contributing to the team's overall efficiency. Your proactive approach will help you identify areas for improvement in the testing process, and you will be encouraged to share your insights with the team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the web applications delivered to clients are of the highest quality, ultimately contributing to the success of the projects you work on.
