You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in application support and troubleshooting. You have extensive knowledge of software testing processes, methods, and standards, and a solid understanding of common browsers and the Windows operating system. You are passionate about ensuring excellence in every release and thrive in a collaborative environment.

You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases. Your ability to estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities makes you an invaluable asset to the team. You are familiar with designing, developing, and improving test processes, including setting up test environments and tools to maximize efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will create detailed test plans and cases, estimate and prioritize testing activities, and coordinate testing efforts. You will design, develop, and execute test cases, analyze results, and create test reports to track outcomes. Your responsibilities will also include identifying, recording, and documenting bugs, as well as performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. You will work closely with the Development Team to collect software requirements and update test cases accordingly.
