Temporal Technologies is hiring a Staff Developer Advocate to shape developer education and engagement. You'll focus on education strategy and technical mentorship in a remote role across the United States.

You have a strong background in developer advocacy and education, with a passion for improving the developer experience. You thrive in collaborative environments and are driven by a mission to help developers succeed with open-source software. Your experience includes engaging with developer communities and delivering impactful educational content. You are curious and eager to challenge standard thinking, always looking for innovative ways to connect with developers. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner. You are comfortable working in a remote setting and are adept at using digital tools to facilitate learning and engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a central part in shaping how enterprise developers learn and adopt Temporal's programming model. You will develop and implement education strategies that resonate with developers, ensuring they can effectively utilize Temporal's tools. Your responsibilities will include conducting workshops, participating in Dev Days, and engaging directly with developers to gather feedback and insights. You will collaborate closely with the Enterprise DevRel leadership to set quality standards for educational initiatives and help scale successful programs. You will also be responsible for creating strong technical examples that demonstrate the capabilities of Temporal's offerings, ensuring that developers have the resources they need to succeed.
