What you'll do

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of new features for the Temporal SDKs, ensuring they meet the needs of developers and provide a reliable foundation for application development. You will collaborate with other engineers on the SDK and server teams to design and implement features that enhance the functionality and usability of the SDKs. You will also engage with the open-source community, contributing to discussions and improvements based on user feedback.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of code quality and performance, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers. Your work will directly impact the developer experience, making it easier for users to integrate Temporal into their applications. You will also participate in planning and prioritizing features based on user needs and technical feasibility.
