You have a strong technical background and experience in customer engagement, ideally with a focus on solutions architecture. You understand the importance of customer success in driving revenue growth and are passionate about improving the developer experience. You thrive in high-velocity environments and enjoy collaborating with developers, architects, and engineering leaders to help them integrate solutions effectively.

What you'll do
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will support the Commercial Sales team throughout the sales cycle, from initial technical evaluations with new prospects to helping existing customers expand their use of Temporal in production. You will spend significant time working with customers who have already adopted Temporal, assisting them in unlocking more value by expanding into additional use cases, teams, and workloads. Your role will involve deep technical discussions and demonstrations to showcase how Temporal fits into their existing architecture.
You will partner closely with developers and engineering leaders at fast-moving companies, guiding them through the integration process and ensuring they understand the full capabilities of Temporal. Your expertise will be crucial in helping customers realize the benefits of the platform, ultimately driving their success and satisfaction. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and resources that can be shared with the broader community.
