Tempus is seeking a Commercial Strategy & Operations Associate to support their Provider Sales Organization in Clinical Oncology and Precision Medicine. This role involves strategic planning, sales enablement, and driving growth initiatives.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in commercial strategy and operations, ideally within the healthcare sector. Your experience includes acting as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, providing insights and proactive recommendations to optimize commercial execution. You are skilled in managing strategic planning cycles, including annual goal setting and quarterly business reviews, ensuring alignment across teams.
You excel in driving change management and the adoption of new initiatives, tools, and processes across sales teams through effective communication and training programs. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify, prioritize, and recommend strategic growth opportunities based on business performance trends, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
What you'll do
In this role, you will broadly support the Provider Sales Organization, focusing on Clinical Oncology and Precision Medicine sales aimed at healthcare providers and systems. You will drive sales force effectiveness through the development and execution of sales enablement programs and resources. Your responsibilities will include managing strategic planning cycles and aligning cross-team initiatives to ensure successful execution of commercial strategies.
You will act as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, providing insights and recommendations to enhance commercial execution.
