What you'll do

As the Strategy & Customer Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing the customer experience at Tempus. You will lead initiatives focused on process improvements that increase operational efficiency and scalability within the customer success organization. Your role will involve applying Six Sigma methodologies to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

You will drive customer-focused product development initiatives, ensuring that the products meet the needs of our clients and enhance their experience. Crafting robust reporting systems will be a key responsibility, allowing you to monitor customer success metrics and provide insights to the team.
