Tempus is hiring an Event & Tradeshow Associate to support the planning and execution of marketing programs. You'll coordinate events and manage budgets, contributing to the Tempus brand in the healthcare industry.

You are an organized individual with a keen interest in event marketing and a passion for the healthcare industry. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your attention to detail ensures that every aspect of event planning is executed flawlessly, from budgeting to logistics. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners. You are adaptable and ready to work non-traditional hours as needed to meet event demands.
What you'll do
As an Event & Tradeshow Associate at Tempus, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing team in executing various events. You will assist in the planning and coordination of approximately 200 field events and 100 conferences, ensuring that all logistical details are managed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, coordinating conference contracting, and handling invoicing and registration processes. You will work closely with Marketing & Events Specialists and the Director to ensure that all events align with the Tempus brand and messaging. Your role will also involve supporting the sales team with ongoing training and resources to enhance their event execution capabilities.
