Tempus is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead the Tempus Hub platform, enhancing patient care through innovative technology. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic product roadmaps and drive impactful solutions in precision medicine.
Job Description

You have a proven track record of leading large technology teams toward achieving common goals — inspiring and motivating others toward success is second nature to you. Your ability to develop strategic product roadmaps aligned with overall organizational goals sets you apart. You have successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams, including Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver impactful products. You understand the importance of handling sensitive information, including intellectual property and protected health information, in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
What you'll do
As the Group Product Manager for Tempus Hub, you will set goals and build software that enhances patient care and streamlines healthcare providers' workflows. You will lead your team in deploying code and contributing to a growing platform that makes a lasting impact in precision medicine. Your role will involve defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate collaboration and drive the development of tools that provide real-time, actionable insights to physicians.
