Overview
Top Hat is seeking a Group Product Manager to drive the strategic direction of their Questions and Gradebook domain. You'll lead a team of Product Managers and influence product strategy and business outcomes. This role requires strong leadership and execution skills.

You have a proven track record in product management, with experience leading teams and driving product strategy. Your ability to think strategically while executing flawlessly sets you apart. You excel at building coalitions across teams and representing product vision to executive leadership. You understand the higher education landscape and are passionate about enhancing the student learning experience.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to conduct customer research and market analysis to drive product-market fit. Your experience in developing compelling business cases connects product investments to revenue and strategic value. You are a mentor to Product Managers, guiding them through the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and champion the long-term product vision and strategy for the Questions and Gradebook domain. You will ensure alignment with company objectives and market opportunities, driving sustainable competitive advantage through continuous customer research. You will act as a thought leader and portfolio representative to executive leadership and cross-functional partners, developing business cases that connect product investments to strategic value.
You will mentor your team of Product Managers, helping them navigate the complexities of product development and execution. Your strong judgment on value versus risk tradeoffs will enable you to make swift decisions without analysis paralysis. You will maintain technical excellence and ensure high-quality product delivery on time.
