What you'll do
As a Product Manager at Tempus, you will drive the planning and execution of assay launches, ensuring readiness across systems, workflows, and documentation. You will collaborate closely with operations, lab systems, and bioinformatics teams to define requirements and identify potential bottlenecks. Your role will involve refining workflows to ensure timely and high-quality launches, which are critical to the company's mission of improving patient outcomes.
You will own mission-critical launches from conception through delivery, working with various internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Your responsibilities will include developing clear roadmaps, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that all teams are prepared for successful product launches.
