What you'll do

As a Principal Data Engineer at Tendo, you will lead the development of strategic data engineering solutions that support the ingestion, transformation, and warehousing of healthcare-related data from various sources. You will collaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to create quality data flows that enable advanced analytics and model training. Your role will involve designing and implementing robust ETL pipelines that ensure data integrity and accessibility for analytical purposes.

You will also be responsible for developing tools that facilitate data integration and modeling, allowing your team to experiment with machine learning models effectively. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of insights generated for Tendo's customers, helping to improve the care journey for patients, clinicians, and caregivers.

In this role, you will mentor and guide junior Data Engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team. You will participate in cross-functional meetings to align data engineering efforts with product goals and ensure that the data infrastructure supports the company's strategic objectives.
