Your expertise spans multiple technologies, including React, TypeScript, Go, gRPC, and AWS services such as EventBridge and Aurora. You have a knack for sharing knowledge and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. You understand the importance of building high-quality, consumer-oriented products from the ground up and are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector.

What you'll do

As a Principal Software Engineer at Tendo, you will lead a team through the early stages of product development, guiding them in creating innovative healthcare solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and external partners to ensure that the software meets the needs of users while adhering to industry regulations. Your role will involve hands-on coding, system architecture design, and overseeing the implementation of best practices in software development.

You will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing a high-performance team culture that values collaboration and continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in defining the technical direction of projects, ensuring that the team is aligned with Tendo's mission to transform the healthcare experience.
