You have extensive experience as a software engineering leader, ideally with a focus on healthcare software development. Your passion lies in creating solutions that improve the lives of patients, clinicians, and caregivers. You enjoy leading teams through the early stages of product development while also contributing your own code and continuously enhancing your skill set.

With a strong background in full stack development, you have built SaaS and/or Cloud Native software for regulated industries. Your expertise spans various technologies, including React, TypeScript, Go, and AWS services like EventBridge and Aurora. You thrive in an Agile collaborative environment, working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, consumer-oriented products.

You are not only a technical expert but also a mentor who enjoys sharing knowledge and guiding team members. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and encourages innovation, making you a key player in building a culture that enables teams to thrive. Desirable

What you'll do

As the Principal Software Engineer at Tendo, you will lead a team in the development of innovative healthcare software solutions.
