Who you are

You have extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in leading teams through the early stages of product development. With a strong background in full stack development, you are well-versed in building SaaS and Cloud Native software, especially in regulated industries like healthcare. Your expertise in distributed microservice architecture allows you to design scalable and efficient systems that meet the needs of patients, clinicians, and caregivers.

You are proficient in technologies such as Go, gRPC, and AWS, including services like EventBridge and Aurora. Your ability to mentor and share knowledge with team members is crucial, as you thrive in an Agile collaborative environment where you work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers. You are passionate about creating high-quality, consumer-oriented products that improve healthcare experiences.

Desirable

Experience with additional technologies related to healthcare software development is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team.

What you'll do

As a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Tendo, you will lead a team in the development of innovative healthcare software solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of projects, ensuring that the software meets regulatory standards while delivering exceptional user experiences.
