You have a proven track record in product marketing, ideally with experience in the payments or software industry — you understand how to position products effectively and create compelling narratives that resonate with customers. Your strategic mindset allows you to translate complex customer insights into actionable marketing strategies that drive product adoption and business growth.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Marketing — your ability to communicate effectively ensures that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and measure the success of your marketing initiatives.
You are passionate about supporting small, local businesses and understand the unique challenges they face in a competitive landscape — your empathy for their needs drives your commitment to creating impactful marketing strategies that empower them. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve and innovate in your approach.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech or payments sector is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques — you are comfortable leveraging technology to enhance marketing efforts and reach target audiences effectively.
What you'll do
As the Head of Product Marketing at Teya, you will define and lead the go-to-market strategy for our suite of products — this includes developing positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience. You will oversee product launches, ensuring that all aspects of the marketing strategy are executed flawlessly and that the products are well-received in the market.
You will collaborate closely with the Product team to understand product features and benefits, translating these into compelling marketing materials and campaigns that drive customer engagement and adoption. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences, allowing you to refine marketing strategies and ensure they are aligned with market demands.
You will also work with the Sales team to equip them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell our products — this includes creating sales enablement materials and training sessions to ensure they are well-prepared to communicate the value of our offerings.
