Desirable

What you'll do
As a Principal Product Designer at Teya, you will lead the design efforts for growth initiatives that span the entire customer lifecycleβfrom acquisition and activation to engagement, monetization, and retention. You will work closely with Product Managers to define the vision and strategy for growth, ensuring that design aligns with business objectives. Your role will involve conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your ideas to stakeholders. Collaboration is key; you will partner with Engineering to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. You will also work with Marketing to ensure that the user experience is consistent across all touchpoints. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Teya's mission to empower small businesses.
