Who you are

You are a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on backend development, thriving on solving complex technical problems and continuously leveling up your skills. You have proficiency with AWS, preferably within a serverless architecture, and strong experience with C# and the .NET framework. Your frontend development experience with React complements your backend skills, allowing you to contribute effectively across the stack. You excel in managing external clients and building strong working relationships, demonstrating your ability to navigate both technical and non-technical teams. With a STEM or Computer Science degree, or equivalent practical experience, you are well-equipped to tackle the challenges of this role.

You are proactive in unblocking yourself and others, asking great questions, and learning from your brilliant peers. You understand the importance of collaboration and clear communication in a fast-paced environment, and you are eager to be part of a high-performing team that values quality code and continuous improvement. You have a background in Full Stack Engineering, which gives you a comprehensive understanding of the development process from both the frontend and backend perspectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on backend development, building high-impact products that are used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. You will collaborate closely with your team to write excellent code every day, ensuring that the products you develop meet the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing backend services, managing stakeholder expectations, and contributing to the overall architecture of the applications you work on. You will also engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and helping to maintain a high standard of code quality across the team.

You will be expected to navigate real-world client projects, which means being adaptable and responsive to changing requirements. Your ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring project success. You will have the opportunity to innovate quickly and take smart risks, all while adhering to Lean and Kaizen principles to continuously improve the development process.
