You are an entry-level Full Stack Engineer eager to dive into hands-on learning and engage directly with clients, including CEOs and co-founders. You possess a strong foundation in web and mobile application development, with skills in React and Node.js, and are comfortable working in cross-functional teams. Your communication skills enable you to articulate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

You have a degree in STEM or Computer Science, or equivalent experience, and are excited about the opportunity to mentor junior developers as you grow within the team. You thrive on solving complex problems and continuously seek to expand your technical skills. Desirable

Experience with Nest.js and AWS is advantageous, as is familiarity with Agile methodologies. You are open to learning new technologies and adapting to the evolving needs of the projects you work on.

What you'll do

As a Full Stack Engineer at Theodo, you will be responsible for creating bespoke web and mobile applications tailored to client specifications. You will collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team of developers and agile coaches to build scalable solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Your role will involve hands-on coding, project management, and direct client interactions, allowing you to take ownership of your projects from inception to delivery.

You will engage in continuous learning and development, guided by experienced developers who will mentor you throughout your journey. As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibility, including mentoring junior developers and becoming a key technical advisor within your team. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you tackle new challenges and contribute to innovative solutions that meet client needs.
