What you'll do

As the VP Experience Design at Theodo, you will position the company as a leader in strategic design and product design. You will develop new methodologies and pricing models for the design offerings while building a qualified commercial pipeline. Within the first three months, you will establish the fundamentals of the new design services and open your first strategic account. By the six-month mark, you will recruit a team of expert consultants and manage multiple active projects, ensuring high client satisfaction through effective delivery.
