What you'll do

As a Senior MLOps Engineer at ThoughtWorks, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of monitoring and alerting systems for machine learning and AI operational signals. You will ensure that model performance is continuously evaluated and improved, addressing any degradation proactively. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle, contributing to design and deployment processes while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

You will champion engineering best practices, advocating for clean and maintainable code, and promoting test-driven development within your team. Your hands-on approach will see you actively contributing to codebases and applying modern practices from the Thoughtworks Technology Radar. You will design pragmatic solutions that balance technical constraints with cost efficiency and performance, ensuring that the AI systems you work on are safe and reliable.
