What you'll do

In this role, you will advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring that quality is considered from the earliest stages of product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality into every aspect of the product, from ideation to customer usage. Your responsibilities will include conducting exploratory testing to uncover potential risks and providing insights to improve code and testability.

You will contribute to the development of a reliable and maintainable automated testing suite, ensuring that testing processes are streamlined and effective. You will also examine end-to-end processes to ensure comprehensive test coverage across all layers of the tech stack. As a senior member of the team, you will coach and mentor junior QA engineers, helping them to develop their skills and adopt a quality mindset.

You will have the opportunity to advocate for QA expertise within ThoughtWorks, participating in conferences and sharing your knowledge with the broader tech community.
