You thrive in environments that challenge you to push boundaries and explore new technologies, including Generative AI.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play an active part in the delivery and design of technology projects that aim to transform client operations. You will collaborate with small, cross-functional teams to create a wide range of experience design deliverables, including journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems. Your responsibilities will also include facilitating workshops and developing unique design strategies for products, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of the design process.

You will apply various research methods such as context analysis, moderated interviews, experiments, and user tests to gather insights that inform your design decisions. Your role will involve making strategic decisions at the portfolio level, contributing to the overall direction of projects and ensuring alignment with client goals. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within your team.
