Your in-depth expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure allows you to architect scalable solutions that meet business needs while maintaining high performance and security standards.

You are experienced in managing and optimizing containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes — you understand the intricacies of orchestration tools and can troubleshoot complex platform issues effectively. Your knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices enables you to automate resource management, ensuring that your infrastructure is both scalable and cost-effective.

As a senior engineer, you take ownership of critical platform components — you are comfortable making strategic decisions that align with both technical and business objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments, providing technical guidance and fostering best practices in automation, security, and scalability among your peers.

You have a passion for mentoring junior engineers and sharing your knowledge — you believe in cultivating a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team. Your ability to drive adoption of DevOps and GitOps practices across the organization showcases your commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable and secure platform infrastructure — your primary focus will be on enhancing the Developer Experience by creating and improving tools, systems, and processes. You will architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that automation is at the forefront of your work.

You will troubleshoot complex platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to ensure high availability and reliability of the platform. Your responsibilities will also include proposing and executing platform optimization strategies that balance cost and performance, ensuring that the infrastructure supports the organization's growth.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and fostering best practices in automation, security, and scalability — your insights will help shape the strategic direction of the platform. As a mentor, you will guide junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers.
