What you'll do

As an Associate-Graduate Developer at ThoughtWorks, you will collaborate with Business and Quality Analysts, Designers, and Project Managers to design software solutions that create significant change for our clients. You will engage in pair programming to write clean and iterative code, utilizing practices like TDD and SOLID principles. You will participate in continuous delivery practices to enhance software delivery speed and work in product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences. Throughout your first year, you will benefit from the First Year Graduate Experience, which includes immersive training at Thoughtworks University and monthly sessions on various topics. You will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned technologists and contribute to meaningful projects that impact clients positively.
