What you'll do

As a Staff Data Engineer at Thumbtack, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing the Marketing Tech stack. You will work closely with the Marketing Tech engineering team to ensure that data is seamlessly integrated into all aspects of marketing. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing data pipelines that support various marketing initiatives, analyzing marketing performance data, and providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. You will collaborate with other data engineers and stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data quality across the organization. You will also participate in discussions about the future direction of the Marketing Tech stack and contribute to the overall strategy for data utilization in marketing.
