You have extensive experience in regulatory compliance and risk management, ideally within the financial services sector. Your background includes a deep understanding of EU regulations and the ability to navigate complex compliance landscapes. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating compliance requirements to various stakeholders and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to supporting your team while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. You are proactive in identifying potential compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are skilled at using analytics to inform compliance practices.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the regulatory compliance efforts for Tide, ensuring that all operations align with EU regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement compliance policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence. You will conduct regular compliance assessments and audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
