Who you are
You have experience in customer success or sales, ideally in a tele-sales environment, where you've developed strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. You understand the importance of nurturing relationships and are motivated by achieving targets related to account activations. You are comfortable engaging with existing members through calls, understanding their businesses, and upselling relevant products or services to help them thrive. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working cross-functionally with other departments to stay informed about upcoming product launches and initiatives.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech or banking sector is a plus, as is familiarity with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). You are data-driven and can leverage insights to enhance member engagement and satisfaction. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping businesses succeed will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
As a Member Success Executive at Tide, you will be part of the account farming team, focusing on nurturing member relationships post-sale. Your primary objective will be to achieve targets related to Tide account activations, ensuring that members are fully engaged with the services offered. You will engage with existing members through calls, building rapport and understanding their unique business needs. By upselling relevant products or services, you will help members thrive and maximize the value they receive from Tide.
