Overview

You are a detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance. You thrive in a non-call center environment and enjoy communicating with applicants via email. Your ability to review and verify member data and documentation is essential for ensuring compliance with KYC policies. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement that enhance efficiency and member experience, and you are willing to lend a hand wherever needed in the business.

What you'll do

As a KYC Analyst at Tide, you will play a crucial role in the company's customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes. You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying member data and documentation, ensuring that all information is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. You will communicate with applicants through email, providing them with guidance and support throughout the onboarding process. Additionally, you will liaise with internal compliance personnel to help shape and apply KYC policies effectively.
