Who you are
You have experience in KYC processes and a strong understanding of compliance regulations — your attention to detail ensures that member data is accurately reviewed and verified. You are comfortable communicating with clients through chat and email, providing support in a non-call center environment. Your ability to conduct thorough online research on companies and entities related to members is a key strength, allowing you to assess transaction activities effectively.
You are fluent in German, which is essential for communicating with existing clients and ensuring that their needs are met. Your analytical skills enable you to perform full account reviews on existing members, whether periodic, holistic, or event-driven. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with active members, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. You will review and verify member data and documentation as part of the company's Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes. Conducting full account reviews on existing members will be a significant part of your responsibilities, allowing you to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will perform in-depth online research on companies and entities related to members, assessing transaction activities to identify any potential risks. Your role will involve managing multiple accounts and ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and verified. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that compliance standards are met and that the company continues to provide excellent service to its members.
