You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support. Your experience in managing end-to-end customer engagement strategies has equipped you with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective retention and win-back campaigns.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing Tide's subscription programs, ensuring that they align with the company's mission to support SMEs. You will analyze customer data to drive insights that inform your strategies, focusing on maximizing subscription revenue and customer lifetime value.
