Your experience in managing multi-channel campaigns equips you with the skills to navigate various marketing platforms and tools effectively. What you'll do
As the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of programs aimed at maximizing customer lifetime value. This includes designing and optimizing campaigns that span the entire customer journey, from onboarding to expansion. You will analyze customer data to identify opportunities for product adoption and churn reduction, ensuring that customers realize the full value of LogicGate's platform. Your role will involve close collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to create integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. This includes creating targeted messaging and content that resonates with customers at different stages of their journey. You will track and measure the effectiveness of your campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve results continuously. Your ability to work cross-functionally will be key in aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals and customer needs.
