What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the Channels and Optimisations product area within Member Engagement Marketing. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance Tide's marketing technology capabilities, ensuring that every communication channel delivers relevant and personalized experiences to users. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and implement product roadmaps that align with business objectives.

You will conduct user research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements. By leveraging data analytics, you will define success metrics and track the performance of product initiatives. You will also collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that product features are effectively communicated to users and drive engagement.

In this role, you will mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product culture at Tide. You will participate in sprint planning and prioritization sessions, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering high-impact features. Your leadership will help foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and contribute to product success.
