What you'll do

As a Senior UI Designer at Tide, you will play a pivotal role in evolving our platform's user experiences. You will collaborate with the Experience Foundations team to identify user needs and translate them into design solutions that drive member value. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our design system.

You will participate in user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights. Your role will also involve mentoring junior designers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of design excellence within the team. You will work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the development process.
