Overview
TIER Mobility is hiring a Driver in Krakow to manage the fleet of electric scooters and ensure their operational efficiency. You'll be responsible for vehicle maintenance and battery management, contributing to the company's mission of changing mobility for good.
Job Description
Who you are
You possess a valid EU category B driving license and have advanced proficiency in Polish. You are diligent and prioritize safety while working, demonstrating flexibility and availability for weekend and night shifts. Experience in logistics or warehouse work is a plus, but not mandatory. You are eager to learn and contribute to a team that values collaboration and operational excellence.
What you'll do
As a Driver at TIER Mobility, you will be responsible for driving a company-provided vehicle around the city to maintain our fleet of electric scooters. This includes collecting and replacing batteries, as well as strategically deploying vehicles in key locations throughout the city using our proprietary application. You will also check and document any damages or necessary repairs, performing minor repairs on-site when possible. Collaboration with other team members and the Operations Manager will be essential to streamline operational processes and ensure the best service for city residents.
