What you'll do
As a Finance Intern at TOMS, you will be involved in various aspects of finance, gaining valuable experience that will enhance your understanding of financial operations. You will prepare and distribute the weekly Aging Report as part of your Accounts Receivable responsibilities. Additionally, you will support collections and reconciliation activities, ensuring that financial records are accurate and up-to-date. In the Reporting segment, you will assist with the EMEA P&L and month-end reporting packs, refreshing the Trial Balance and other reports during the month-end close. You will also help with E-commerce reporting and analytics, contributing to the overall financial insights of the company. Furthermore, you will engage in continuous improvement projects, creating and maintaining workflow documentation for finance processes and supporting audit preparation and data requests. Your contributions will directly impact TOMS' financial operations and initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting and process efficiency.
