What you'll do

As the VP of AI Practice, you will be responsible for defining Toptal's strategy for AI services, from strategic advisory to full-scale solution delivery. You will work closely with various teams to build offerings that address client needs and deliver measurable impact. Your role will involve determining the services to build, pricing, packaging, and positioning the value proposition to meet current and future client demands.

You will lead initiatives that encompass AI governance and the development of machine learning models, ensuring that Toptal remains at the forefront of AI innovation. Collaborating with the Talent Operations teams, you will fulfill responsibilities that require both technical expertise and strategic insight.
