What you'll do

As the CEO, Head of Global Services, you will join a group of hands-on executives to drive the growth and operational excellence of Toptal. You will be responsible for the strategy of Toptal’s service lines, including Technology Services, Management Consulting, and Marketing Agency. Your role will involve constructing frameworks and problem-solving at scale, ensuring that Toptal's professional services are executed effectively. You will lead the full-scale execution of all Professional Service-related areas, working closely with various teams to ensure alignment and success.

You will regularly attend scheduled virtual team meetings on camera, fostering a sense of community and collaboration among remote team members. Your ability to work independently will be crucial as you prioritize tasks and manage deadlines. You will be the chief architect of each solution, taking ownership of the operational frameworks and strategies that drive Toptal's success. Your hands-on approach will ensure that you are not just directing others but actively contributing to the solutions that propel the company forward.
