What you'll do

As the SVP of Professional Services, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of Toptal's professional services, including all delivery and practice areas. You will lead the development of operational frameworks that push the limits of what’s possible in technology and talent acquisition. Your role will involve collaborating with a team of hands-on executives to drive growth and operational excellence across the organization. You will ensure that each solution is architected effectively and that the execution aligns with Toptal's goals. You will regularly attend virtual team meetings and contribute to discussions that shape the future of Toptal's services.
