What you'll do

As a Senior Counsel, Litigation at Toptal, you will be responsible for managing a variety of litigation matters that the company encounters. This includes overseeing extraordinary commercial litigation cases, handling tort claims, and addressing intellectual property disputes. You will work closely with internal teams to provide legal guidance on commercial disputes and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Your role will involve drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing Toptal in litigation proceedings. You will also collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary, ensuring that Toptal's interests are protected in all legal matters.
