What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with Toptal's clients to understand their specific needs and custom-match them with experts from various specialties within our talent network. You will manage client expectations effectively and provide support throughout the matching process and beyond. Your responsibilities will include writing professional and engaging job descriptions to attract the best talent for the job, as well as finding the right talent to meet client goals. You will introduce the matched talent to clients in a way that showcases their skills and expertise, ensuring a smooth transition into the engagement. Your role will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the talent provided.
