What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, People Partner, you will lead a team of HR Business Partners, providing guidance and support to ensure that our Manufacturing and Customer Support teams are well-equipped to thrive. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer and other leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management processes. You will also play a key role in navigating complex employee relations issues, ensuring that all team members feel heard and supported. By building strong relationships with managers and employees alike, you will help create an environment where everyone can succeed.
