What you'll do
As a Maintenance Supervisor at Tovala, you will take ownership of the maintenance and repair operations at our production facilities. This hands-on role requires you to spend most of your time on the production floor, troubleshooting equipment and performing repairs as needed. You will respond to floor calls promptly, ensuring that any issues are addressed quickly to minimize downtime. You will partner closely with your technician to keep production running smoothly and ensure that all equipment is maintained safely and reliably. Your role will involve developing maintenance schedules, conducting regular inspections, and implementing preventive maintenance practices to enhance equipment longevity. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring your team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
