What you'll do

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of up to 10 technicians, guiding them through daily maintenance tasks and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. You will develop comprehensive maintenance strategies that align with Amazon's commitment to innovation and efficiency. Your role will involve monitoring processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies, acting as an ambassador for safety within the team.

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upgrades and improvements to existing systems, helping to elevate the operational standards of the Fulfillment Center. Your leadership will be crucial in executing preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the facility.
